Abstract

Bei der Hydrierung von 3β‐Acetoxy‐5‐keto‐5.6‐seco‐cholestan‐6‐säurenitril werden 3β‐Acetoxy‐6‐aza‐B‐homo‐cholestan und 6‐Aza‐B‐homo‐cholestan erhalten. Es werden die Beckmann‐Umlagerungen von 3β‐Acetoxy‐cholestan‐6‐ und ‐7‐ketoxim sowie die Reduktion der erhaltenen Lactame mit Lithiumalanat beschrieben.

1. The nitration of 1,4‐dimethyl‐2, 5‐bis‐chloromethyl‐benzene (I) gave the mono‐ and dinitro‐dimethyl‐bis‐chloromethyl compounds III and V, and nitration of 1,5‐dimethyl‐2,4‐bis‐chloromethyl‐benzene (II) gave the mono‐ and dinitro‐bis‐chloro‐methyl compounds IV and VI.
