## Abstract A simple and rapid method based on homogeneous liquid–liquid extraction coupled to HPLC with fluorescence detection was developed for the determination of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) in the rice and grain samples after post‐column derivatization. The proposed method eliminated the use of immuno
