Theoretical studies are reported of vibrationally resolved (50-r) b311 (v = 0,l) and (5~~') A'JI (v = 0,l) resonant partial photoionization cross sections in nitric oxide. Calculations in vibrationally averaged, R-centroid, and Franck-Condon static-exchange approximations clarify the origins of mult

Transitions among the three lowest X 'Z+, A % and B 'Z+ bound states of NO'+ are investigated by means of high-resolution (0.08-0.35 eV fwhm) translational energy spectroscopy (TES). As well as electronic transitions between the ground and the two lowest electronic excited states, the spectra clearl

We have obtamed the energy-resolved fluorescence spectrum of NO C \*rI( o = 1) excited monochromatically by synchrotron radiation. When Ar is added to NO the global fluorescence from NO\* C(1) is strongly increased, showing a decrease m the number of dissociating NO molecules.
