✦ Synopsis

The assumed compatibility of MejSiCl with hi her order cyanocuprates has been studied by both chemical and spectroscopic ( I H, 7Li, 29Si NMR) means.

Both types of experiments confirm that Me3Si-X significantly alters the composition of both homo (R2Cu(CN)Li2) and mixed (RR'Cu(CN)Li2) reagents.

Several different types of reactions characteristic of organocuprates have been studied using reagents RTRRCu(CN)LiNa derived from CuCN and on8 equivalent each of an organolithium (RTLI) and organosodium (RRNa) species. Modern organocuprate chemistry derives, in essence, from early observations in w

Simple exposure of n-Bu3SnH to Bu2Cu(CN)Li2 in THF at low temperatures leads directly to the presumed mixed higher order trialkyltin cuprate, the reactions of which selectively transfer the trialkylstannyl group to a variety of substrates.

## Abstract The Staudinger reactions of SP(N~3~)~3~ (1) with 1, 2 and 3 equiv. of triphenylphosphane PPh~3~ and (TMS)~2~N–(TMS)N–PPh~2~ (2) have been investigated (TMS = Me~3~Si). Reaction with PPh~3~ yields the single and double Staudinger products SP(N~3~)~2~NPPh~3~ (3) and SP(N~3~)(NPPh~3~)~2~ (

A class of autocatalytic reaction networks based on template-dependent ligation and higher-order catalysis is analysed. Apart from an irreversible ligation reaction we consider only reversible aggregation steps that provide a realistic description of molecular recognition. The overall dynamics can b
