Isolation and structural elucidation of two novel trichothecene mycotoxins sporol 1 and sporotrichiol 2 from Fusarium sporotrichioides MC-72083 are reported. The new structures were assigned using COSY, NOESY, Selective INEPT and other spectroscopic techniques.
