✦ Synopsis
Abstract
Two new lycopodine alkaloids, (12__β__)‐12‐hydroxyhuperzine G (1) and (5__β__,6__β__,15__α__)‐15‐methyllycopodane‐5,6‐diol (2), were isolated from the whole plants of Huperzia serrata, together with six known compounds, huperzines A, B, and G, phlegmariurine B, (8__β__)‐8‐hydroxyphlegmariurine B, and lycoposerramine D. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including HR‐ESI‐MS, ^1^H‐ and ^13^C‐NMR, DEPT, ^1^H,^1^H‐COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY data.
