β¦ Synopsis
Copper and copper phthalocyanine (PC) deposited simultaneously on a substrate form a thin composite films with nanometric copper islands dispersed in the PC matrix. We have documented by the UV-V/S transmittance spectra, IR absorption spectra and conductivity measurements that by the metal inclusions we may influence the properties of the resulting films in wide range, offering a possibility of tailoring the properties.
