Ahatrati-Surface-enhanced Raman spectra of the amorphous film on titanium have been obtained for the first time. The anodic corrosion film at low potentials is identified to be highly disordered TiO, with some Ti,O, also present. The presence of the anatase and rutile modifications of TiO, at high v
