โฆ Synopsis
The rotational spectrum of the ground state, the excited (A) states (\nu_{3}, 2 \nu_{3}) and probably (\nu_{2}), and the lowest (E) state (v_{6}) of (\mathrm{CH}^{35} \mathrm{Cl}{3}) have been measured. The ground state microwave spectrum was analyzed to obtain nuclear quadrupole coupling constants. These are consistent with the electric field gradient at each chlorine nucleus being cylindrically symmetrical about the (\mathrm{C}-\mathrm{Cl}) bond. Rotation-vibration parameters were obtained for all vibrational states. The spectrum of the doubly degenerate (v{6}) state showed strong (/) resonance, which enabled the centrifugal distortion constant (D_{K}) and the Coriolis coupling constant (\zeta_{6}) to be determined. The rotational spectrum of DCOOH in the 175-335 GHz region was investigated. Analysis of the spectrum made it possible to assign several dozen transitions in the n 6 , n 8 , and n 5 vibrational states and to determine the rotational and centrifugal distortion constants. The derived parameters of the

Rotational and fine structure transitions have been observed between low rotational levels in the \(v=0-3\) levels of the \(\mathrm{OH} X^{2} \Pi\) state by tunable far-infrared spectroscopy. The rotational and fine structure constants of the ground state have been refined by least-squares fitting t
