โฆ Synopsis
An improved method for reducing aromatic nitro compounds on solid-phase supports using sodium hydrosulยฎte is presented. Conditions have been optimized to enable the use of this reagent for reductions on both polyethyleneglycol-polystyrene (PEG) resins and traditional polystyrene (PS) resins.
