## Abstract The corrosion behaviour of the austenitic 32Niโ€20Cr steel Alloy 800H was investigated in several Sโ€Oโ€C bearing gas mixtures simulating coal gasification environments at 700ยฐC for up to 5000 h. It is shown that relatively small changes in oxygen and sulphur activities can cause a signifi
