## Abstract The solution conformation of L‐6‐methylperhydroimidazo[1,5‐c]thiazole‐5,7‐dione (γ‐thiaprolinehydantoin) has been determined from an extensive ^1^H and ^13^C NMR study, allowing the extraction of vicinal inter‐proton and carbon‐hydrogen coupling constants. The major conformation of the
## Abstract Tumoral pancreatic islet cells of the RIN5mF line were incubated for 120 min in media prepared in ^2^H~2~O and containing D‐[1‐^13^C]glucose, and D‐[2‐^13^C]glucose, and D‐[6‐^13^C]glucose. The generation of C~2~‐ and C~3~‐ deuterated lactic acid was assessed by ^13^C NMR. The interpret
The conformational dynamics of a-( 1 + 4 ) -and a-( 1 + 6) -glucan homooligomers in the nanosecond time domain have been compared by measuring the 13C-nmr longitudinal relaxation times T, for carbons of the terminal and interior sugar residues. Measurements are reported on monomeric glucose and on o
## Quantitative aspects describing the dynamics of monosaccharides in solution by employing 13C NMR relaxation are reported in this work. This method has been applied to analyze the variable temperature 13C spin-lattice relaxation times of 1,6-anhydro-@-D-glucopyranose, which appears to tumble ani
## Abstract Full assignments of the ^1^H and ^13^C NMR spectra of clarithromycin (6‐__O__‐methylerythromycin A) in CDCl~3~ and buffered D~2~O were carried out. In contrast to erythromycin A, clarithromycin exists as a single isomer, the 9‐ketone, in aqueous solution.
