A set of 26 new measurements have been recorded by a Doppler-free double-resonance technique, with a relative accuracy of about 10(-8). These data are combined to previous FTIR measurements to refine the molecular constants of 12CH3I. All the available literature data have been revisited, a few assi

✦ Synopsis
The pure rotational spectra of five isotopic species of thiophosphoryl chloride, SPCl 3 , have been examined in detail in the frequency range 26 -110 GHz. This study has shown that the frequencies previously reported for the rotational transitions of three symmetric-top species of SPCl 3 in the ground state are, in fact, due to molecules in the vibrationally excited state £ 6 Å 1. In this work we have measured for the first time rotational transitions for the 32 SP 35 Cl 3 , 34 SP 35 Cl 3 , and 32 SP 37 Cl 3 symmetric-top species in their ground vibrational states. In order to determine an accurate molecular geometry, the spectra of the asymmetric-top species 32 SP 35 Cl 2 37 Cl and 32 SP 35 Cl 37 Cl 2 were also recorded. The data obtained have been analyzed to yield values for rotational constants and quartic centrifugal distortion constants. Our results have been used, together with literature vibrational data, to refine an accurate harmonic force field for SPCl 3 . We have also evaluated effective, substitution, average, and approximate equilibrium values for internuclear parameters. The ground state average structural parameters of SPCl 3 are r z ( PS ) Å 1.8835 ( 7 ) A ˚, r z ( PCl ) Å 2.0093 ( 3 ) A ˚, and Є( SPCl ) Å 116.35 ( 2 ) Њ.

The present paper deals with the analysis of the microwave, millimeter-wave, and infrared spectra of 28 SiHF 3 in its ground, v 6 ϭ 1 and v 4 ϭ 1 excited states. The former was observed up to 1055 GHz leading to the determination of one octic centrifugal distortion constant, L J ϭ Ϫ0.0749(55) Hz. Fu
This paper presents the analysis of the spectra of SiDF 3 in its vibrational ground and v 4 ϭ 1 states. The pure rotational spectrum of the ground state was measured up to 903 GHz ( JЉ ϭ 65). Rotational, quartic, and sextic centrifugal distortion constants were accurately determined. Furthermore the
Raman and infrared spectra of 2-aminobenzotrifluoride, in the liquid phase, and single vibronic level fluorescence (SVLF) spectra, in a supersonic jet, have been recorded and assigned to give an almost complete set of fundamental vibration wavenumbers in \(S_{0}\). High-resolution FTIR spectra of monoisotopic D3Si35Cl have been recorded in the regions 440-590 cm-1 (nu3/nu6) and 900-1100 cm-1 (2nu6/nu3 + nu6/2nu3). A detailed rovibrational study was done for the 2nu06, 2nu-/+26, and 2nu3 overtone bands and for the 2nu+/-26-nu+/-16, 2nu06-nu-/+16, and (nu3 + nu+
