Abstract
Oronasal administration of MSV‐H produced pathological changes in the lungs, mediastinum, gastric mucosa, spleen and brain. The early pulmonary changes showed intra‐alveolar haemorrhage, then organization forming a “granuloma” and finally a circumscribed lesion containing predominantly vasoformative tissue. Similar vasoformative lesions were seen in the perinodal areas of the medimtinum. MSV‐M lesions were found only in muscb and were of an inflammatory and reparative type of reaction. The significance of these findings is discussed.
