The influence of fast neutron flux on radiation-induced capacitance changes in heavily irradiated n-type Si has been studied by means of capacitance techniques. We have observed two regimes; flux-dependent and -independent for the case of high and low flux irradiation, respectively. A model that des

The Tc behavior of vapor-deposited Nb3Ge and Nb3Sn is examined as a function of low-fluence alpha-particle irradiation. It is found that for Nb3Sn with po-15 tz~-cm the Tc is insensitive to low doses of radiation, whereas Nb3Ge with po ~ 50 tzf~-cm has its Tc depressed immediately with irradiation.
