✦ Synopsis

The dependence on temperature of thermal death, growth and yield of Candida tropicalis A. MAT)F:IRA-LOPE:S and C. CABEQA-SILVA (Eingegangen am 23.8.1983)

The temperature profile of thermal death and growth of a strain of the yeast Ccuzdidn fropiearis was found to be dissociative. The yield coefficients on glucose did not significantly rary from 28 "C up to 39 "C, the maximum temperature for growth.
