✦ Synopsis
The 99Ru nuclear quadrupole interaction in pRuC13 can be related to the large irigonal distortion at the ruthenium site.
The ratio of the quadrupole moments has been determined to be Qe/Qg = +3.06 + 0.10, and it is confirmed that Qe and Qg arc both positive.
