## Abstract The syntheses of [2‐^14^C] 2,5′‐anhydro‐3′‐azido‐3′‐deoxythymidine and [2‐^14^C] 2,5′‐anhydro‐3′‐azido‐2′,3′‐dideoxy‐5‐iodouridine in a one pot operation under mild conditions are described.
