2‐Alkyl and 2‐arylhydrazine derivatives of 5__H__‐2‐R‐6‐fluoro‐7‐methyl‐1,3,4‐thiadiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidin‐5‐one were prepared by reaction of 5__H__‐2‐bromo‐6‐fluoro‐7‐methyl‐1,3,4‐thiadiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidin‐5‐one with hydrazine derivatives.
