Receptor binding studies
The affinity of the bridged piperazine derivatives 9, 12, 15, 19, 20, 24, 25, and their enantiomers toward d, m, and k receptors was investigated in receptor binding studies using tritium-Scheme 3. Reagents and conditions: a) TFA, reflux, 16 h, 66 %; b) 18, Bu 4 NI, K 2 CO 3 , CH 3 CN, reflux, 16 h, 42 % (19), 40 % (20).
