## Abstract Herein, an excellent method for the synthesis of twelve novel Schiff base derivatives containing indole and triazole assisted by microwave irradiation is reported. Compared with the conventional method, the yields increased from 59โ€“84 % to 85โ€“96 % and the reaction time was reduced from
