β¦ Synopsis
A new family of binuclear copper(H) complexes with a flexible bridging group has been prepared by the electrophilic substitution reaction of N-salicylaldehyde-N -acetylacetoneethylenediiminocopper(II) with m-xylene disocyanate or hexamethylene diisocyanate.
The de-metallation reaction of the copper(H) complexes with hydrogen sulfide gave the corresponding binuclear chelate ligands.
