Abstract
^18^FโLabeled reduced haloperidol and ^11^Cโlabeled reduced 3โNโmethylspiperone were synthesized in a convenient and quantitative one step reduction from ^18^Fโlabeled haloperidol and ^11^Cโlabeled Nโmethylspiperone, respectively. Both products were purified by semipreparative HPLC and were obtained at high specific activity and radiochemical purity.
