Abstract

^18^Fโ€Labeled reduced haloperidol and ^11^Cโ€labeled reduced 3โ€Nโ€methylspiperone were synthesized in a convenient and quantitative one step reduction from ^18^Fโ€labeled haloperidol and ^11^Cโ€labeled Nโ€methylspiperone, respectively. Both products were purified by semipreparative HPLC and were obtained at high specific activity and radiochemical purity.

## Abstract Syntheses of Nโ€3(substituted) analogues of thymidine, Nโ€3([^18^F]fluorobutyl)thymidine ([^18^F]โ€FBT) and Nโ€3([^18^F]fluoropentyl)thymidine ([^18^F]โ€FPT) are reported. 1,4โ€Butane diol and 1,5 pentane diol were converted to their tosyl derivatives **2** and **3** followed by conversion to
