Abstract

Es werden stereoselektive Synthesen von cis‐ bzw. trans‐6‐Amino‐6.7.8.9‐tetrahydro‐5__H__‐benzocycloheptenol‐(5) (3 bzw. 4) und von deren N‐Monoalkylierungsprodukten 11 bzw. 12 sowie die Möglichkeiten der Konfigurationszuordnung beschrieben. Die Verbindungen zeigen schwache sympathomimetische Wirkung.
