✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Es werden die zweckmäßigsten Synthesen von Sedamin und 8‐Phenyl‐lobelol‐I (Allosedamin) beschrieben.—Durch Abbau zur optisch aktiven N‐Methyl‐pipecolinsäure und zur optisch aktiven β‐Hydroxy‐β‐phenyl‐propionsäure wird ferner gezeigt, daß dem (—)‐Sedamin aus Sedum acre L. die Konfiguration des (2s:8s)‐8‐Phenyl‐lobelols und dem (—)‐8‐Phenyl‐lobelol‐I aus Lobelia inflata L. die Konfiguration des diastereoisomeren (2s:8R)‐8‐Phenyl‐lobelols zukommt. Diese Alkaloide sind demnach in Bezug auf das asymmetrische Kohlenstoffatom im Piperidin‐Ring gleich, in der Seitenkette aber entgegengesetzt konfiguriert.
