✦ Synopsis
Abstract
An automatically controlled constant‐temperature still for the Willard‐Winter separation of fluorine is described. The troublesome double distillation procedure commonly used in the presence of phosphate, aluminium and iron is avoided. The distillation is carried out with phosphoric instead of perchloric acid.
