β¦ Synopsis
An anion (loss of 3N hydrogen) of a 2-acetylpyridine azacyclothiosemicarbazone coordinates in a planar conformation to the central Cu atom through the pyridyl N, azomethine N and thiolato S atoms. The interatomic distances are Cu--N = 2.016( 6), Cu--N = 1.963( 5) and Cu--S=2.236(3)~, respectively, with the fourth coordination site occupied by a bromine atom, Cu--Br = 2.359(2) A.
