โฆ Synopsis
A review is given of the current state of the field of structural studies of hydrogenated amorphous silicon. Particular emphasis is placed on the suitability of the various structural probes described for routine characterization of material for photovoltaic applications.
2. Techniques
The techniques that have been applied to a-Si:H can be conveniently divided into three classes: imaging, diffraction and hydrogen-specific. The *Paper presented at the Photovoltaic Material and Device Measurements Workshop, "Focus on Amorphous Silicon",
