โœฆ Synopsis

A B S T R A C T A three-dimensional, time-dependent computer program is used for the stress-strain analysis of elastic-plastic materials subjected to tensile loads. Several geometries are considered. The capabilities and advantages of this explicit finite difference computer program are demonstrated, and recommendations for future applications are made.

This paper presents a computer program for analyzing time-dependent covariables in survival studies by the life table regression model described by Holford [ 3 ]. Basically, life table regression incorporates the elements of regression and the life table into a single model. Regression parameters ar

Three-dimensional underwater vibrations of a geometrically non-linear cable with a weight at the lower end are investigated. The length of the cable is time-dependent. A set of non-linear, time-varying differential equations describing this system is derived by Hamilton's principle and the variable-
