β¦ Synopsis
This is a great book. Be forewarned, though, that it is not a quick business-book-of-the-week toss off. It is a serious, academic approach to the topic. The ideas Mr. Afuah presents are immediately usable no matter what level you are at within an organization.
I strongly recommend this book to anyone trying to understand, or improve their understanding of corporate strategy in the modern world.
