The relative axialÈequatorial position of spiro[4.5]decanes substituted in the 1,4-positions by oxygen or nitrogen were assigned by 15N and 17O NMR spectroscopy. The substituent, chemical exchange and steric e †ects upon the chemical shifts are discussed. A linear relationship between 15N and 17O wa

Abstract
The configurations of anagyrine, thermopsine and two other anagyrine‐type quinolizidine alkaloids were revised using ^15^N and 2D NMR in a 400 MHz NMR study. Their ^1^H and ^13^C NMR chemical shifts are given in detail.

## Abstract The influence of the presence of DNA on the kinetics of cisplatin (__cis__‐[PtCl~2~(NH~3~)~2~]) aquation (replacement of Cl^−^ by H~2~O) and anation (replacement of H~2~O by Cl^−^) involved in the hydrolysis of cisplatin have been determined by two‐dimensional [^1^H,^15^N] HMQC NMR spec
The principal values of the chemical shift tensors of all 13 C and 15 N sites in two antibiotics, ampicillin and penicillin-V, were determined by 2-dimensional phase adjusted spinning sideband (2D-PASS) and conventional CP/MAS experiments. The 13 C and 15 N chemical shift anisotropies (CSA), and the
The iniluence of substituents on the 'H, "C and 15N NMR chemical shifts of 2-substituted 5(6)nitrobenzimidazoles and their analogues labelled with 15N in the nitro group was investigated. It was found that the substituent effects are transmitted to the carbon and hydrogen nuclei in positions 4-7 mai
