β¦ Synopsis
This paper focuses on a class of large-scale interconnected bilinear stochastic systems with time delays and time-varying parameter uncertainties. The problem we address is to design a robust decentralized controller such that the closed-loop interconnected stochastic system is globally asymptotically stable in probability for all admissible uncertainties and time delays. First, robust stability analysis is given in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Then, it is shown that the robust decentralized stabilization can be solved by an LMI-based design method.

Based on the Lyapunov stability theorem associated with norm inequality techniques, the stability testing problem for discrete large-scale uncertain systems with time deIays in the interconnections is investigated. Three classes of uncertainties are treated: nonlinear, linear unstructured and linear

In this paper, robust stabilization for a class of uncertain systems with multiple time delays is considered. A procedure of controller design for the global asymptotic stabilization of such systems via linear control is provided. A numerical example is given to illustrate our main result.
