ABSTRACT
Photochemotherapy using psoralen and ultravioletΒ (UV)A irradiation (PUVA) is a useful treatment method for vitiligo. However, longβterm PUVA therapy may cause several adverse effects including skin cancer, especially squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). We describe a case of SCC in vitiligo lesion after longβterm PUVA therapy.
