✦ Synopsis

Pure samples of pyridinium hexatIuorotitanate(IV) [(CsHsN+H),TiF,] were prepared by the reaction of pyridinium poly(hydrogen fluoride) and titanium tetrachloride. The i.r. spectral data in the range 4000-2OOcm-' and 'H, r9F, and "CNMR spectra for this compound are reported.
