โฆ Synopsis
l7re in situ alcoholysis of Ph@NSiMe, in the presence of anhydrous halides of zinc, cadmium and mercury results in the formation of a range of co-ordination complexes of triphenylphosphinimine, Ph,P=NH (L). The complexes formed were of three types: i) the trans dimers [(MX2L)2], ii) the cyclic dimers [(MX2L2)2]*(CHC13)2 and iii) the polymeric (MzX2L3), Triphenylphosphinimine complexes of rhodium and palladium result from halogen bridge fission in [ (PdC7(q-C~5))2] and [ (Rh(CO)2Cl)2] .
