The hydrolytic degradation of hyaluronic acid (HA) was investigated by kinetic measurements. The first-order rate constants of the hydrolytic degradation of HA at different pH and temperature were obtained on the basis of the decrease in the molecular weight of HA. In addition, from the rate constan

β¦ Synopsis
Rates of spontaneous apomorphine degradation have been determined at varying temperature and pH under pseudo first-order conditions. T h e p H profile, covering a range of pH 5.2 t o 6.8 at 30Β°, describes the influence of the reaction of aqueous media o n apomorphine stability. Buffering the medium to lower pH values dramatically decreases the velocity of decomposition. Rate constants have been determined for reactions run at 0.2 p H unit intervals over the range described. Rates calculated at a constant pH 6.0 but at different temperatures (30' and 40') provide data for the estimation of the heat of activation, which was computed to be 12,057 cal./mole.

## Abstract Thermodynamic solubility is a decisive physicochemical property in drug development. The __Chasing Equilibrium__ method offers an alternative to the classical procedures to measure the solubility of compounds with acidβbase properties. The method is fast and yields accurate results. In
The kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of degradation of doripenem were studied using a high-performance liquid chromatography method. In dry air, the degradation of doripenem was a first-order reaction depending on the substrate concentration. At increased relative air humidity, doripenem was deg
