✦ Synopsis


A~tract--A variety of numerical models for calculation incoming solar radiation on horizontal surface are existing. The preferences of any model are due to level of accuracy and simplicity. In this paper, a one layer model is proposed (in case when layer information are not available). The error using the proposed model are about 69/o from mean measured radiation monthly basis.
