## Abstract Three new secoprezizaane sesquiterpene lactones, (1__R__,2__S__)‐1,2‐epoxyneomajucin (**1**), (2__R__)‐2‐hydroxyneomajucin (**2**), and (2__R__)‐2‐hydroxymajucin (**3**), along with six known compounds (**4**–**9**), were isolated from the poisonous shrub __Illicium micranthum.__ Their
