โฆ Synopsis
Yeast killer toxins coded by determined and undetermined killer plasmids or presumptive nuclear gene(s) in various genera (Saccharomyees, Kluyveromyces, Pichia and Candida) have been serologically investigated by a monoclonal antibody (KT4), produced against the yeast killer toxin of Piehia (Hansenula) anomala UCSC 25F. Double immunodiffusion with the killer toxins as antigens and indirect immunofluorescence on whole cells of the corresponding killer yeast have been used. In both the serological procedures, monoclonal antibody KT4 proved to be reacting only with the killer toxins and the whole cells of yeasts belonging to the genus Pichia.

Three cytotoxic monoclonal antibodies, HU-11, HU-32, and HU-33, specific for human Ia-like antigens were used to analyze the two HLA-DR2associated HLA-D specificities, HLA-Dw2 and HLA-Dwl2. In the HLA-Dw2, DR2, MB1 homozygous B-cell line EB-CMG, the binding of radiolabeled HU-32 and HU-33 was strong
A T-2 toxin specific monoclonal antibody, IgGl K, with a low level of ELISA cross-reactivity to Acetyl T-2, HT-2, and is0 T-2 toxins has been produced. The ability of this monoclonal antibocly to neutralize the cytotoxicity of T-2 toxin in PHA stimulated cultures of human lymphocytes was determined
