✦ Synopsis

I J The high speed liquid chromatographic behavior of 21 sulfonamides was studied. Analysis of the effect of the ionic strength of the mobile phase upon retention times and of concomitant effects on peak widths resulted in a scheme that can be applied to the separation of many combinations of sulfonamides.

## Abstract A method is presented for separation of tryptic glycopeptides‐containing oligosaccharides of the N‐asparagine‐linked type. High performance liquid Chromatography (HPLC) of glycopeptides on a C18 reverse‐phase system eluted with a gradient of 0%–50% acetonitrile in 0.1 M NaPO~4~ pH 2.2 r
