## Abstract In the work, a rapid, simple and highโthroughput sample preparation method was developed for the determination of sulfonamide (SA) antibiotic residues in chicken breast muscle. The extraction and cleanโup were online combined and up to 20 samples can be treated simultaneously in 6โmin.
