โœฆ Synopsis

The resonance-enhanced two-photon ionization (REZPI) spectrum of S, benzene was studied by time-of-flight (TOF) mass analysis. Excitation spectra of the mass-selected ion (C,H$ ) measured over the wavelength region from 233 to 262 nm revealed that the ion intensity for the "channel three" region excitation becomes smaller due to non-radiative processes upon decreasing the excitation energy, compared to that below the channel three threshold.

Differential optical density spectra of excited chlorophyll-a (chl-a) in dioxane were measured between 475 and 630 nm by a 337 nm excite-and-probe beam method with variable delay. Determination of the quantitative S, and T, absorption cross sections u(A) is based on additional measurements at 670 nm
