โฆ Synopsis
We introduce the concepts of fuzzy transformation semigroups, coverings, cascade and wreath products for fuzzy finite state machines. In order to overcome some of the difficulties which arise from the fuzzification of these concepts, we also introduce the notions of polysemigroupsand weak coverings. (~) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.

Given a fuzzy finite state machine M = (Q, Z, y), a fuzzy closure operator is defined which induces a Lowen-type fuzzy topology z in Q. The concepts of separation of fuzzy subsystems and connectedness of fuzzy finite state machines are developed. Some results on connectedness and weak connectedness
