Abstract
Tissueโspecific cellโaggregating factors were previously obtained from the supernatant media of embryonic cell cultures. We describe here that such factors can be extracted from cellโmembrane preparations derived directly from embryonic tissues: neural retina, cerebrum, and spinal cord of chick embryos.
