Black pepper oleoresin was prepared by alcohol extraction. Product characteristics and yields obtained by maceration and SOXHLET extraction were compared. The most attractive process was maceration and its influence on volatile oil composition was also evaluated by capillary GLC.

Herstellung von Oleoresin aus schwarzem Pfeffer durch Alkohol-Extraktion

Oleorein aus schwarzem Pfeffer wird durch Alkohol-Extraktion hergestellt. Die Produkt-Charakteristika und die erhaltenen Ausbeuten durch Mazeration und SoxHLET-Extraktion werden verglichen. Der giinstigste ProzeD ist die Mazeration. Ihr EinfluB auf die Zusammensetzung des lliichtigen 01s wird durch Kapillar-GLC bewertet.
