β¦ Synopsis
A novel method for the radioiodination [I3lI] of the multicomponent non-ionic surfactant nonoxynol-9 (N-9) is described. The extent of incorporation and distribution of the l31I-label into the aromatic moiety of various ethoxymer units of N-9 was determined utilizing a high pressure liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method.
