Background and Objectives: The author tries to elucidate new horizons of using laser during sequences of treatments of orthodontics cases. Study Design/Materials and Methods: During orthodontic treatments, practitioner might be encountered by cases that need ''clean'' surgery that is effectively done by insertion of laser. Hereunder a comparison among conventional therapies with laser usage: impacted teeth; some cases need just a kind of disclosure of the impacted teeth summit, just for being able to withdraw that tooth into programmed situation, usage of laser is far more efficient that other conventional surgical methods either in less side-effects, or even in efficacy of later tooth movement; cases of frena; Sometimes the mal-situation of vestibular frena creates mal-situation in teeth, in addition to, impeding the teeth movements in orthodontic treatments.
