✦ Synopsis
A study has been made of Ziegler Natta polymerizations using styrene as monomer, AIEt 3 VCI~ as catalytic system and toluene in various amounts as dispersing agent, under various experimental conditions. The influence of the temperature and the time for the formation of the active species prior to the polymerization, the dilution of the catalytic system and the nature of the catalyst components have been analyzed. Kinetic study and GPC polymer fractionation have been made by HPLC techniques.
