The title compound, [Ni(C 10 H 8 Br 2 NO) 2 ], is a mononuclear nickel(II) complex. The Ni II atom, located on an inversion centre, exhibits a square-planar coordination geometry. The metal atom is bonded to two phenolate O atoms and two imine N atoms from two Schiff base ligands.
