✦ Synopsis
The title compound, {[Ag(C 15 H 16 S 2 ) 2 ]SbF 6 Á0.5C 4 H 10 O} n , was obtained from the self-assembly of AgSbF 6 and 1,3-bis-(phenylsulfanyl)propane. Each Ag I ion is coordinated by four S atoms from different ligands, forming a distorted tethrahedral geometry. Each ligand links adjacent Ag I ions, forming an extended two-dimensional grid-like framework. SbF 6 À ions, which are incorporated into the cavities of the network, complete and stabilize the structure. One of the phenyl rings is disordered over two sites, the ratio of occupancies being

In the zigzag polymeric title compound, [Zn(S~2~P(OEt)~2~)~2~(NC~5~H~4~CH)~2~CH~2~C~5~H~4~N)]~__n__~ or [Zn(C~4~H~10~O~2~PS~2~)~2~(C~12~H~12~N~2~)]~__n__~, the Zn atom adopts a distorted tetrahedral ZnN~2~S~2~ geometry; the bridging di-4-pyridylethane molecules are each disposed about a centre of in
The title complex, [Hg~2~Br~4~(C~7~H~16~S~2~)]~n~, has a chain structure. Two bridging Br atoms and two terminal Br atoms coordinate to two Hg^II^ atoms, forming an (HgBr~2~)~2~ dimer, which is located on an inversion center. The 1,3-bis(ethylsulfanyl)propane ligands, which lie on a twofold axis, br
